Inspired by Light and Sound Waves: Symphony Lamp Chandelier 1

Russian designers Anna Strupinskaya and Alexey Ivashkevich have introduced their new product Symphony Lamp Chandelier throughout Milan Design Week 2014. The idea of the chandelier explores the connection between mild and sound waves and their resemblance. For this undertaking, mild, shade and sound are visualized in three interlaced spatial ribbons.

The ribbons of translucent silicone imitate rows of tubes that contribute to the notion of the musical devices theme: “We`ve continued our experiments with silicone as we love the translucency and shade overlaying results that this materials offers.
